MealpayPlus Lunch Accounts Now Available for Ann Arbor Public Schools Employees

We are pleased to announce that we have set-up lunch accounts for all Ann Arbor Public School employees.
If you are interested in pre-paying for your lunches, please contact the cafeteria assistant in your building for your ID number. If you work at Balas or Transportation, please call the Foodservice Office at (734)994-2265.

If you are located at a school, please follow the directions below to order an Adult Alternative lunch:

1. Print out the current Adult Alternatives menu.
2. Check the items you wish to order on the corresponding days. You can order by the day, week or month. Please submit your order to the cafeteria assistant at your building by 1:00 pm the day before.
3. You can also send an email to adultlunch@aaps.k12.mi.us listing the date, letter of the item(s) and the name of the item(s) you wish to order. Please print this off and submit to the cafeteria assistant by 1:00 pm the day before.
4. The cafeteria assistant will receive your meals on the day desired and will charge your account for them accordingly.
5. If paying by cash or check please give the funds to the cafeteria assistant. If you would like to use the online payment system, please follow the directions below for MealpayPlus.

If you are located at Balas or Transportation, please follow the directions below to order your Adult Alternative lunch:

1. Print out the current Adult Alternatives menu.
2. Check the items you wish to order on the corresponding days. You can order by the day, week or month. Orders can be either emailed to Adultlunch@aaps.k12.mi.us listing the date, letter of the item(s) and the name of the item(s) you wish to order, or fax your menu with the items checked off to 994-8536.
3. If paying by cash or check, please place the funds in an envelope and submit to Judy Solowczuk at Balas or Lola Seals at Transportation. If you would like to use the online payment system, please follow directions below for MealpayPlus.

Directions for Using MealpayPlus:

To register online, visit www.mealpayplus.com, and click on the “I am new to MealpayPlus” tab. To register, you will need your ID number that is assigned to you. Once you have registered and set-up your account, you will need to apply your funds to the GENERAL Account (not to the Meal account which is reserved for students only).  As your lunch orders are received, your account will be charged accordingly.  There is a $2.00 convenience fee (per transaction) to use MealpayPlus. If you have payment processing questions or concerns, you can call 877-237-0946 between the hours of 9:00 - 6:00 EST. You can also send an email message to Support@Mealpay.com.
