Select a student; in the navigation menu, under Information, click Demographics Modify.
Some of the fields you will find on this page are :
Name
Address (Residential and Mailing)
Home phone
Area/neighborhood
DOB
Ethnicity - Single Record
Student's Ethnic Group
Gender
Graduation Year

Note!
The two Ethnic options deserve a quick explanation.
- "Ethnicity - Single Record" is the SRSD field used in state reporting.
- "Student's Ethnic Group" is a series of checkboxes mirroring the options on the Notice of Entry form.
Changes made to one set will be reflected in the other; we recommend making changes to the checkboxes. The "Ethnicity - Single Record" field is meant to be a convenient preview for the SRSD.
