Information Screen

The Information section of the navigation menu appears when a student has been selected. The links beneath it may vary depending on the permissions that have been set for your user group (secretary, nurse, principal, counselor, teacher, etc), but all the options are simply different ways of viewing or entering information for the selected student.
  • Complete Registration is a modified version of the Notice of Entry form. You can always return to this page to make changes after a student has been enrolled but as the following pages are shorter you may find them easier to use for quick updates.
  • Custom Screens contains the AAPS fields from SASI.
  • Demographics Modify contains information that is external, or not directly related to school (name, address, home phone number, etc)
  • Modify Info contains information that is is internal, or directly related to school (counselor, lockers, School and District Entry dates, etc)
  • Other Information contains information which may not apply to every student but directly affects funding (homeless, genEd FTE, spcEd FTE, PHLOTE, etc)
  • Parents / Guardian contains information about Parents and Guardians (guardian alert, names, phone numbers, second mailing address, etc)
